2. Subscription Refunds

We do not offer partial or full refunds for:

  • Monthly or yearly subscription plans

  • Unused time during a subscription period

  • Auto-renewed subscriptions canceled after the renewal date

However, if you accidentally subscribed or were charged due to a technical error, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction for review.


3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If you were:

  • Charged more than once for the same service

  • Not granted access to the service/product you paid for

Please contact our support team within 7 days with proof of payment. We will investigate and issue a refund if applicable.


4. Monetized Features & Digital Items

Purchases involving digital promotions, boosts, coins, or other non-physical items are non-refundable once delivered or consumed.


5. Chargebacks & Account Termination

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination

  • Forfeiture of any earned balance or credits
